Top Three CRM is a service of Top Three Web Design LLC, run by me, Dennis Aguilar, in Sebastian, Florida. This page covers the quote form, the chat and phone calls to my number on topthreecrm.com.

What I collect

What you type into the quote form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you add one, and your answers about your business. If you use the chat, I also get what you type there and anything you put in the callback form (see The chat below). I don't use tracking or ad cookies on this site.

The chat

When you use "Ask Top Three CRM," what you type is sent to an AI service so it can answer you, and the conversation is saved in my CRM so I can read it. If you fill in "Have Dennis call you," I get your name, your phone number and your email if you add one. I use them only to call, text or email you back about your question.

If you turn on read-aloud, or use voice mode, which reads replies aloud, the chat's replies are sent to a text-to-speech service to make the voice. That includes the thank-you that repeats your first name and phone number after you ask for a call. If you talk instead of typing, your browser's own speech recognition turns your voice into text, and depending on your browser, that may happen on your browser maker's servers. The chat keeps your conversation in this browser tab and remembers your read-aloud setting in this browser, so they stay when you move around the page.

Phone calls

If I can't answer a call to (772) 999-1354, an AI assistant answers. It tells you it's an AI and that the call is transcribed. Your name, number and message are saved in my CRM so I can call you back.

How I use it

Who handles it

Your request is stored in my own CRM. These service providers help me run it: a web host (this site, the form and the chat), a database provider, an AI service (the chat's answers), a text-to-speech service (read-aloud), a spam-check service (it checks that the form and chat are used by a person, not a bot, and sees your IP address and browser details to do that), an email service (the confirmation email), and a phone and text service (the AI assistant that answers calls I miss, and a text alert to me about your request). The page loads its fonts from a font service, which sees your IP address when the fonts load.

Keeping or deleting it

I keep your request, chat or call message as long as you and I are talking about working together, or until you ask me to delete it. To see, correct or delete what I have, email hello@topthreewebdesign.com or text (772) 999-1354.
