On my plans it's called the AI call agent. Booked & Reviewed includes 200 minutes a month and Full Office includes 300. Extra minutes are $0.30 each.
Quick Response doesn't include it. That plan puts missed calls on a callback list instead.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The greeting tells them it's an AI assistant and that the call is transcribed.
Is it the same as an answering service?

Do I keep my phone number?
Yes, as long as your phone line supports call forwarding. I check that and set it up with you.
How long do calls take?
On my own line, calls have run from about 10 seconds to 2 minutes. Every call it answers uses minutes, including robocalls and spam, and each caller is added to your CRM. Extra minutes beyond your plan are $0.30 each.
